In this day and age, wherever we turn, there is a thousand problems or crises. Definition of "Crises"; adjectival form: "critical" is any event that is going (or is expected) to lead to an unstable and dangerous situation affecting an individual, group, community, or whole society.
You have been to few crises or what? You know what I'm talking about. You have your own plethora of crises and well, how do we get out of it?
As soon as we open our eyes into the world, the crises begin. We have an influx of information, programs that tells us what to do, how to react, how to stay safe, how to eat, exercise, walk, talk, dress, floodgates of bad relationships, sick people, ill health, negativity diet, that all lead us to this point, when we have our own break down.
When life happens, we aren't conscious of subconscious programs that's adding itself to our computer's "hard drive". We're absorbing all the information, silently, like a sponge, inflating ourselves on this constant barrage of information, programs, negativity that's occurring, on a second-by-second basis.
Where does all of this go? It all gets stored in our data bank, our memory on our hard disk drive. Oh yes!
If we don't do a reboot, a clearing, a declutter, a mass deletion of bad programs, we're bound to have a system crash. TMI (too much information) information overload, but at the same time, overloaded with viruses, trojans, worms, spywares, implants in our programs.
So, here is the complete reboot of your system: Before it crashes completely, hit the 'reset to factory settings' mode.
1. TELL yourself the truth of the situation – what you don’t want? How is your life with the problem you are facing, whether it's a bad habit, abusive person, bad job, poverty awareness, negative thinking or unrealistic expectations that you have?
2. Take CONTROL of the situation – Make a decision to STOP the old way/s. Half the job is done by REALISING that you have a massive issue. The second part is taking ACTION!
3. SEE your NEW vision clearly in your mind, the new reality, i.e what you REALLY want. What do you want in its place? a good relationship, freedom, self esteem, self confidence? (for example)
4. RESEARCH – look to others who’ve done it, read a book, watch a motivational video, learn the new way from others who’ve done it already. Change something, yourself, your belief system, your old ways. Learn a new way.
5. Take Super ACTIONS. Make it happen, take a number of ACTIONS to make it happen. Usually one action won't result in an instant success, you will need a number of super actions, to make what you really want happen. One action may not lead you to the point that you want, but a set of SUPER ACTIONS, will definitely lead you to your amazing success.
After all of it, reflect on these:
How is your life better by going through this problem?
Did you learn anything? What did you learn about yourself?
Did you learn new skill through this problem/crises?
Was it helpful?
Did it serve you?
